Thermal Vapor Barrier
Our thermal vapor barriers can be used horizontally or vertically in applications where insulated environmental protection needs to be maintained. Available with thermal R-values of R13, R19 and R30. A Thermal Vapor Barrier system (TVB) is a formaldehyde-free insulation blanket between layers of reinforced polyethylene with high-strength cord grids. They are designed for nominal floor and wall expansion of 1” to 40”.
